She was always willing to answer my questions and really helped make my trip much easier. I stayed at three different places while in Israel, ranging from a hostel to a 4 star hotel, and none could match the service at the Jerusalem Inn Hotel. "Last weekend I brought a group of eight people from our archaeological excavations at Tel Zayit to Jerusalem and we stayed in your hotel. I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude to you for the fantastic time we had there. You were all so very kind and gracious toward all of us and each member of my group was glad that we stayed there. The breakfast you served was spectacular... The meal was excellent and your hospitality was better than what I have experienced at hotels that are much more expensive... Your incredible hospitality was deeply appreciated, and when I return to Israel next year and in subsequent years, I will certainly return to The Jerusalem Inn Hotel. I have already recommended your hotel to others and will continue to do so.
